Der erste Anwender eines OXOMI-Accounts erhält stets sämtliche Berechtigungen. Er ist daher in der Lage, selbstständig weitere Anwender anzulegen und diesen Berechtigungen gemäß ihrer angedachten Rolle bei der Verwaltung des OXOMI-Accounts zuzuweisen.
Die Berechtigungen können Anwendern unabhängig voneinander zugewiesen werden, so können verschiedene Verantwortungsbereiche einfach abgebildet werden.
Folgende Rechte können vergeben werden:
| Manage system | Allows the user to call up all system functions, change system settings and change the list of system users. |
| Manage users | Allows users to create or edit. |
| Manage Company Account | Allows to edit the company profile and details settings on portals. |
| Manage Portal | Allows to configure the portal content and manage portal users. |
| Manage Content | Allows users to manage documents, videos, and other content. |
| Delete Content | Allows users to delete documents, videos, and other content. |
| Manage Stories | Entitles the user to manage Stories. |
| Manage item-related data | Authorizes the user to manage item data, such as images or file attachments. |
| Manage Partnerships | Allows the user to manage partnerships and offline partners. |
| Manage OXOMI TV playlists | Allows users to manage OXOMI TV playlists and assign them to existing devices. |
| Manage OXOMI TV devices | Allows users to manage OXOMI TV devices and assign existing playlists to them. |
| Manage data deliveries | Authorizes the user to create new data deliveries as well as manage existing ones. |
| View Download Center | Authorizes the user to view and download published data deliveries of the partners. |
| Manage Jobs | Allows the user to execute jobs, view all execution logs and schedule automatic executions. |
| Execute jobs | Allows the user to execute jobs. |
| Manage files | Enables you to maintain files in the file repository. |
Hinweis: Weder macht es Sinn, allen Anwendern alle Rechte zu geben, da dies schnell zum Sicherheitsrisiko werden kann, noch sollte es nur einen Anwender als Account-Administrator mit allen Berechtigungen geben – es sollte stets jemand verfügbar sein, der nötige Anpassungen vornehmen kann.
