The following tables show the available content types in the system. These are used when data - such as documents, images or videos - are entered into the system.
The order of the types corresponds approximately to the frequency of the purpose of the application.
The following list shows all current types of documents.
|Campaigns are time-limited documents with prices.
|The catalogue is an overview of the products of a provider. A catalog can contain prices, only prices, which may be common knowledge.
|The price list includes pricing information on products. This can be both discount prices and gross list prices. A distinction is held on the level of trade.
|Spare parts documents are special catalogs which contain primarily spare parts. Spare parts price lists have to be classified as price list.
|A prospectus provides information about a portion of the range. A brochure can contain prices, only prices, which may be common knowledge.
|Manuals provide further information on the use of products. This fall also operating instructions and assembly instructions.
|Data sheets include technical details about products. This it can be individual data sheets (per product), or also to collections of data sheets (multiple products). This includes: safety data sheets, certificates of work.
|Certificates are documents that documents approved properties of one or more products. These include among others: approvals, seal, standards.
|The certificate in which the manufacturer confirms that the products supplied meet the agreements with the order, including the results of the test based on non-specific audit.
|Safety data sheet
|Safety data sheets (also: material safety data sheets) consisting mainly of security tips for dealing with hazardous substances. Safety data sheets must be made in transport provider, importers and manufacturers of hazardous materials available.
|Instructions include operating and service manuals.
|A technical information describes the technical and physical attributes and the scope of application of products and systems. It also contains instructions for a safe and professional planning, treatment and installation.
|Declaration of performance
|With the declaration of performance the manufacturer accepts the responsibility for the conformity of the construction product with the declared performance in relation to its essential characteristics according to the Construction Products Regulation (BauPVO).
|Contains a presentation or slide set to a product or theme.
|Use this type for all documents for which no other type appears appropriate.

|Graphical depiction of the individual parts of a product.
|Labeling of energy efficiency.
|Quality label for environmentally friendly products.
